Human beings are complex. We have many different sides to our souls controlled solely by our inner thoughts. We allow some parts of our souls to be exposed and out in the open, while we tend to hide certain other aspects of our souls that we do not wish to permit others to see – all caused by our own insecurities.
On the positive side, there is the loyal and faithful you that everyone can count on no matter what. There is the sensible and rational you that allows your soul be guided by your head and not your heart. There is the happy and carefree you that lives truly in the moment without a care in the world. There is the thoughtful and selfless you that is generous and big-hearted. There is the kind and loving you that simply loves giving and spreading joy to others. There is the hopeful and optimistic you that believes anything is possible.
But as with all things, there is that little nagging voice in your head that has the ability to change your perspective on things and doesn’t seem to go away. It is the voice that you try to keep hidden away from everyone else. It is highly analytical and controls all the unhelpful things in your life. It hampers creativity and inhibits your ability to move forward. It can stop you dead in your tracks. As soon as you start listening to this voice is when all those great qualities you have, begin to change your outlook. Then there is the methodical and questioning you that tends to overthink and second guess yourself. Then there is the cautious and guarded you that worries what others will think. Then there is the stressed out and impatient you when life gets to be overwhelming and the little things in life become magnified. Then there is the left out and lonely you when you feel that you don’t belong and don’t fit in. Then there is the sad and hopeless you when your heart has been broken and you have lost all faith.
There are so many sides to your soul that you need to learn to navigate through. By learning to take control of all your emotions, and not letting them get out of hand, you will learn to master your destiny. Fear and self-doubt will begin to vanish and comfort will begin to set in. The little nagging voice in your head will no longer have as much room in your head and will take up less space in your life. You will learn to remain calm and view life with a new lens. Instantly, you will begin the pursuit of relentlessly fulfilling your dreams and understanding the benefits of wish making and life purpose.
Remember, if you are not spending time improving yourself, you are letting precious time slip away and the harder it will become to change your outlook on life and pursue your wishes.
