Self-Esteem & The Energy We Emit



Getting wrapped up in how others feel about you can lead to obsessive and self-debilitating behaviours. Allowing others to negatively influence how you feel about yourself and giving over your control will never benefit you. People will always have an opinion about you one way or the other. In the end, it is you that has the choice to believe it or not. The way you see your own self will influence how others both see you as well, and it will also directly impact how they treat you. No matter how hard you may try to hide it, the energy that you are feeling projects onto others. If you are insecure, you may end up being taken advantage of. Others will prey on the energy you emit and you may easily end up getting distracted by the demands of others and subsequently find yourself further away from your wishes. Your energy acts as a magnet to all energy, both good and bad. That is why building a strong inner core is so important. What you put out, you will attract.


You are in complete control of your own thoughts. Allowing yourself to ever feel insecure will only contribute to low self-esteem. Low self-esteem contributes to procrastination and the loss of will. If you lack confidence in yourself and your abilities, it may play a major part in demotivating you resulting in unnecessary stumbling blocks on the pursuit of your innermost wishes. And the harder you make it for yourself, the harder it will be to move forward. You may end up overwhelming yourself with such negative energy that you will become all consumed, may lose your way, and miss all your wish opportunities.


The best way to boost your self-esteem is to realize you actually hold the power within you to dictate how you feel. Rather than look externally for affirmation from others, turn the tables on your own thoughts, and incite self-affirmation and build your self-confidence. Confront your doubts head on and transform them. Give all your self-doubts and fears a renovation or a total overhaul. Learn to turn your insecurities into confidence, have faith in your abilities, and passionately develop your strength and determination. Self-doubt is more common than you realize and can be draining. If you have it, don’t make apologies or beat yourself up about it. Simply address it and find ways to reduce it. Eliminate all your obstacles, along with the causes, one by one.
