Looking at photos of yourself is a great way to understand the body language and energy you emit and reveal to others. When you see photos of yourself are you mostly smiling or not at all? I’m not talking about your selfies on your social media. I’m talking about the photos of you just being you. Selfies have long changed our original way to capture photos. Photos today are designed to make everyone look better than how they actually feel on the inside. When are you smiling most? Are you ‘real’ in the photos or only concerned with the impression you want to make to others?
Learn to grasp an actual understanding of what makes you really smile from the inside out and change your environment to mirror where your soul would rather be. You may find that putting a smile on your face is as simple as changing your environment you put yourself in. Your soul is the one that carries you, so it is important to fill it with good things at all times. The more good things you fill it with, the healthier your entire life will become, literally. So cheers to less selfies, more elsies (photos of everyone else), and putting more true smiles on your face.
