It’s okay to lose your spark on occasion, but never let that hamper your dreams unless you have a truly valid reason to change course. The more in tune you become with your honest and true self, the more you will understand when you need to take a rest and when you should push forward. Forcing yourself to carry on when your mind is resistant, or you are facing total exhaustion, is not the answer. Take care of your mind, body, and soul and nurture it at all times. Listen to your body when it is tired and when it needs a break.
