Karma



I think we can all agree that negativity is an impairment and nothing good will ever come from negative thoughts, behaviours or actions. Remember that notion. Negative actions will result in negative reactions – that is karma. Karma applies to all good and all bad. The rule is simple – do good things and good things will come to you. Do not-so-good things, and you know the answer to that. The principle of cause and effect is valid. It is the law of karma. Apply the laws to your life.


Take a moment to reflect on past personal events and recall their outcomes. Understand why certain experiences had positive results and certain experiences had negative results. Take inventory, build on your past knowledge and apply these lessons learned to your path to move forward.


All the negative actions such as complaining, gossiping, holding grudges, inability to let go of harmful thoughts, assumptions, ego, and more, will have a detrimental effect on your brain, mental health and overall well being. All of these negative behaviours will result in ‘bad’ karma.

All of the positive actions such as forgiveness, acceptance, gratitude, kindness, caring, helpfulness, selflessness, a loving heart, being an advocate for peace, and more, will have the most beneficial effect on your brain, mental health and overall well being. All of these positive behaviours will result in good karma. Most importantly, all of these positive behaviours will also act as a catalyst to fulfill your wishes effectively and successfully. The more positive interactions you can create in your life for yourself and others around you, the reward will result in inner peace, love and contentment for your soul. Why would you want to deny your soul the opportunity to experience the benefits of good karma?
