Try using a forgiveness journal

Learn to take care of you and your emotions along with your well-being first. A higher level of detox and healing comes through belief. By reorienting your spirit, you will heal your mind, body, and soul. If you have a lot of emotions that you need to release, it may be beneficial to begin the process by creating a forgiveness journal. If you forgive and let go of all the things that have ‘haunted’ you in your past, you will be free and able to rise to the top.


A forgiveness journal can be a valuable tool in releasing pent up emotions and letting go of the past in order to make room for all the new opportunities in your future.
