Happy Moments, Contentment, & Inner Bliss

Spiritual profit arises out of happiness or happy moments. We all want some form of happiness. But sometimes I feel that the word ‘happiness’ is an adjective that is not all-encompassing. How you feel inside, and what fills your soul up to make you feel full on the inside is true inner bliss. Everyone deserves happy moments, contentment & inner bliss. Inner bliss is the awareness we can achieve when we contribute to the collective soul and we live our lives the way we are meant to be.

Interpret Your Happiness

If you are looking to be ‘happy’ overall, try interpreting your happiness in terms of inner bliss. When happiness is achieved or experienced, it is best captured in a collection of happy moments – moments that can fade over periods of time. The concept of inner bliss is all-encompassing. Inner bliss fills your inner spiritual tank storing all your happy moments and holds them for a longer duration within your soul. Inner bliss allows the happy moments to accumulate as part of a greater whole.

What are the basic needs for happiness? If we look at life in the simplest of ways, we are able to collect an abundance of happy moments in the most basic of things. We can create happiness when we are surrounded by those that we love, when we perform random acts of kindness, when we are able to help others, or simply when we dance and listen to music. We can also be happy when we have food, clean water, clothing, and a roof over our heads.

Happiness is obtained by seeing other people happy. If we boil it all down, our happy moments actually depend on others. Our souls are in fact intertwined. We all need each other. Not only do we need each other to lift us up emotionally and have others to share our experiences with, but we also all need each other to wish, create, and support our entire ecosystem of existence.
