Ciao 2020

What a year it’s been, to say the least. I know that not EVERYTHING is going to change when the clock strikes midnight on NYE, but I feel a little hopeful, ya know? We’ve got some new vaccines hitting the public and that plus Joe and Kamala in our near future feel like lights at the end of a very long and dark tunnel.


Personally, I’ve had a hard winter, so far. It gets dark around 3:30-4pm up here in the Pacific NW, and I’m not getting nearly as much exercise as I normally do. While I’m still working out about 5 days a week, this whole not leaving the house thing has me moving WAY less the rest of the day. I feel like I only have so much energy to give and braving the stupid, wet cold is not something I feel I have the energy for! All I want to do at the end of the day is cozy up under a blanket with my kiddo and binge watch “The Queen’s Gambit” on Netflix. With wine. And snacks.


So, my lovelies, I will be starting my very own Clean Slate with you on January 1st!!! I will be posting updates on my meals and workouts right alongside you and I’m hoping we can all find a way to connect with this.
