My educational background training is in pharmacy and I will be forever grateful for life experiences working as a pharmacist in the Intensive Care Unit at The Hospital for Sick Children where I have devoted much of my life to this day. It is my small patients that have taught me much about Life – so much that I began to explore life coaching. I have been on a personal journey as well as a learning journey about different aspects of health that include mind, body, and soul. What has touched my heart deeply is the spiritual journey of Life. I bring forward to my clients of all ages spiritual life coaching using listening, presence, non-judgment, creativity, compassion, kindness, intuition, inquiry and hypnosis as my offering.

 

I have been honoured to provide spiritual life workshops to health care providers, teens, women, entrepreneurs. I work one-on-one with my clients to focus on addressing on their needs as well as Soul Circles which are a small group of individuals who explore together their spiritual aspects of their lives.

 

We are all on a journey in this one Life that we have been blessed to have.
