Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach. Mission: To Redefine Healthy Aging.

As a holistic nutritionist, health coach, graduate of George Brown’s Culinary Arts Program, and founder of gbwellness, Gillian leverages food and lifestyle to redefine healthy aging. Having battled her own food issues for years, and influenced by her work with Jack.org, a national mental health organization for youth in Canada, and The Stop, a Toronto-based food community centre, Gillian realized she could make a profound difference in people’s lives through nutrition, movement and mindset.

These experiences led her to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she focused her studies on the research behind how food and lifestyle affect mental well-being, chronic illnesses, energy levels and overall health.

Gillian develops targeted one-on-one nutritional strategies for women in their prime (40’s, 50’s and 60’s), looking to spend the next phase of their lives full of vigour and vitality.  Her work has recently expanded to include Wellness at Work (online) corporate presentations, and gbwellness Walk & Talks.

When not with clients, you will find Gillian either in her kitchen, walking the Toronto ravines or enjoying a meal with family and friends.

Health is a journey, not an endpoint.  Let’s age well together.
